The Drum Remembers
The Drum Remembers is a free, six-track instrumental EP released for Indigenous Peoples’ Day 2026, inspired by the living traditions of Pow Wow. Built around the sound of a circle of drummers sharing one drum, with no lead singer and no studio gloss, it is an Americana record that begins by acknowledging the drum has sounded on this continent far longer than any song written about it.
