With this newfound self-awareness, Todd’s journey takes a open-mouthed turn (shut up). The scenario he once believed he was meant to embrace now feels foreign, unusual, odd, bizarre, weird, queer (STFU!), unexpected, unfamiliar, abnormal, anomalous, out of the ordinary, puzzling, perplexing, baffling, incongruous, uncommon, irregular, deviant, aberrant, freakish, surreal, questionable, unnatural, outrΓ©, unco, fishy (I swear to God I will stop this car right here and you will regret it), creepy, spooky, bizarro, offbeat, quirky, way out, kinky, oddball, like nothing on earth, screwy, off the wall, wacko, backasswards, dilly, unfamiliar, unknown, alien… why, some might dare say, wrong, for him. He grapples with his identity in this evolving narrative. What starts as a tender love story transforms into a tale of abject horror as Todd confronts the stark reality of his situation and how it defines his true nature. The once-promising romantic adventure spirals into utter chaos, leaving Todd to face, I mean, confront, the consequences of his choices, and himself.
Denouement
SCI, Inc. is not amused. Face, head and neck slapping as well as all sorts of protesting can be overheard amidst the din of the business section. Nope. No, no, no. Metropolitan locale, but all are in vain. Todd clocks out. I mean, he worked for SCI, Inc. and literally punched the time-clock and left.
