  • Current and final offer to Netflix:
    • Acquisition of TATANKA.site LLC including all assets.
    • Based on the same annual revenue estimate of USD $980,542,000, a conservative valuation and cost of acquisition is one year’s gross revenue: USD $980,542,000.
  • We need to share that the previously mentioned robotics company founder, and now an international musical act and their label, are interested. We are not at liberty to share that information but will furnish it to confirm, if NETFLIX acquires TATANKA.site LLC as proposed, paid in full.
  • To repeat, NETFLIX used TATANKA.site LLCs concept without permission to inform development of “Building the Band,” and additionally subscribed to our website newsletter to collect more information.
    • As with the potential investors, TATANKA.site LLC will furnish a record of all previous communications with NETFLIX, as well as the data regarding NETFLIX’s efforts. presumably still in effect, to infringe further upon TATANKA.site LLC’s copyright.
  • We are sorry NETFLIX did not take advantage of our previous offers to partner, as advised by our legal representation, so as also advised, NETFLIX has a final opportunity to acquire TATANKA.site LLC before as previously notified, it becomes direct competition with “Building the Band,” and we exercise all legal options to recover damages incurred via NETFLIX’s deliberate actions, at a time of our choosing, based on “Building the Band” revenue.
  • This is our final offer to mutually resolve this problem of NETFLIX’s doing. We will not reach out again, but if NETFLIX ignores efforts to resolve with TATANKA.site LLC this final time, it can expect our legal representatives will be in touch.
  • Due to NETFLIX’s previous disregard for our Intellectual Property, as illustrated by TATANKA.site LLC’s preliminary proof of concept/product, it will suffice as courts usually require a copyright owner to prove that they owned and developed the copyrighted work, beyond the concept, and the defendant violated one of the exclusive rights of the copyright owner.
    • As NETFLIX is aware:
      • To prove copyright infringement, a plaintiff must establish that they own a valid copyright and that the defendant copied substantial elements of the original work without permission. Circumstantial evidence can be used to prove infringement, which must show that:
        • The defendant had access to the original work.
        • The two works are similar in protected elements, not unprotected ones.
        • The copying was substantial and material.
        • The copying protected expression, not just ideas.
      • TATANKA.site LLC has exceeded these expectations as NETFLIX is well aware.
  • If NETFLIX has any questions or need for clarification, reference the offers previously furnished or contant TATANKA.site LLC leadership at info@tatanka.site.
    • Failure to confirm by the deadline, 5 p.m. EST, Friday, July 5, 2024, will result with TATANKA.site LLC taking further action as advised.
    • This final offer is non-negotiable. We tried. You ignored.
  • A quick search shows numerous recent lawsuits resulting from similar copyright infringement by NETFLIX, which additionally supports our potential case. It is not ethical to conduct business in this manner, but since NETFLIX liked TATANKA so much that they stole it, now NETFLIX will pay for it.
