Young bluegrass singer and songwriter Mason Via has announced his departure from Old Crow Medicine Show, after spending the past three years touring and recording with the band. At the same time, he has revealed plans for a new album with Mountain Fever Records, along with a debut single, Hey Don’t Go.
Mason Via shared his exciting news with friends and fans, expressing his gratitude for his time with Old Crow Medicine Show and his eagerness to embark on a new musical journey.
Mason Via’s new single, Hey Don’t Go, captures the emotions of a relationship coming to an end. The song, written with Barton Davies of Boy Named Banjo, blends a light-hearted melody with a heavy-hearted story, staying true to bluegrass style.
