Athens, GA indie rock band Futurebirds is set to release their new album, Easy Company, on August 9, 2024. The band has announced the launch of the Easy Company EP, featuring three songs that provide a glimpse into the album’s sound. Read on to discover more about this exciting release.
Easy Company features four songs each from the band’s frontmen, Daniel Womack, Thomas Johnson, and Carter King. Recorded in Tornillo, TX, the album includes collaborations with artists like Katie Crutchfield and Patterson Hood, offering a blend of old and new sounds.
Aside from the frontmen, Futurebirds includes members Brannen Miles, Kiffy Myers, Spencer Thomas, and Tom Myers. Together, they create a unique mix of rock & roll, electrified folk, and cosmic American roots music that has garnered them a diverse and dedicated fan base.
