Somewhere between the changes and the echo, there’s a room nobody’s mixed in years, spring tank rusted just enough, tape heads worn just right. A guitarist walks in still thinking in ninths and thirteenths, jazz-trained fingers finding the voicings on instinct. But the board doesn’t let anything sit still. Every note gets thrown back at itself, decaying into the dark before it can resolve clean.

This isn’t chill-out music that forgot where it came from. It’s harmony with a memory. Chords that know their theory, dubbed out until the theory starts to blur. Play it late. Let the delays finish your sentences for you.
