TATANKA is a musical initiative that uses its music to promote several social goals, including diversity, equity, and inclusion, as well as sustainable development. The initiative features an international orchestra and plans to incorporate artificial intelligence (AI) into its musical endeavors. TATANKA also produces AI-generated music and plans to stream its rehearsals, concerts, recording sessions, and all things TATANKA live 24/7. The initiative is led by a Matriarchal council aligned to Indigenous Wisdom. Its members are chosen from all ages, genders, sexualities, races, ethnicities, religions, abilities, and countries, deliberately including those that are currently engaged in conflict. The intent is using music to focus on shared values in order to promote civility and harmony.
